Additional Service Fees

• Emergency Service Call: + $50 surcharge

• After-Hours Rate: 1.5x standard rate

• Weekend Rate: 1.5x standard rate

• Holiday Rate: 2x standard rate

• Large Job Discounts: Available for projects exceeding 40+ hours

• All Parts or materials are in addition to labor rates.

  Service Call Fee (First Hour) Professional Tradesman (licensed)

  • $75.00 service call fee (covers travel expenses, gas, wear & tear, and service preparation)

  • PLUS the first hour of labor at the applicable hourly rate. (port to port)

  Example: If a Medium-High expertise service is performed, the first-hour cost is:
  $55.00 (Service Call) + $60.00 (First Hour of Labor) = $115.00 Total for the First Hour
  Each additional hour is billed at the standard rate.

• Professional Residential HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration and Construction Diagnostic fee $140.00 + Service call fee = $215.00, repairs are billed in addition to the diagnostic fee, diagnostic fee is 1-hour only and does not cover drive time.

Note: Refrigeration - A/C service, may require additional EPA Charges or refrigerant handling fees in some cases.
